Does Milo work for nail and lash studios?

Yes. Milo works for any business that runs on appointments: nail and lash studios, spas, estheticians, massage and wellness clinics. You set your own treatments, durations, prices and providers.

Can clients fill in intake forms online?

Yes, on Pro and Max. Attach intake or consent forms to services and clients answer them when they book online. The responses are saved on the client's record for every future visit.

Can I take deposits?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and send a secure payment link from any appointment for a deposit or the full price. Milo records it when it's paid and credits it at checkout. Deposits are requested after booking, not charged at booking.

Does Milo send appointment reminders?

Yes. Email confirmations and reminders are included on every plan. On Pro and Max, texts go out from your business's own number, and clients can reply C to confirm.

How much does Milo cost?
