Can I double book during colour processing?
Yes. Add processing time to the service and the stylist is free during it. The calendar shows the gap and lets you book another client into it without an overlap warning.
Does Milo work on my phone?
Yes. The calendar has a dedicated phone layout: swipe between days, filter by stylist, press and hold to move an appointment, and tap a client for quick actions.
Can I keep using Vagaro?
Yes. Milo syncs with Vagaro, so appointments, changes, blocked time and checkouts made in Vagaro appear in Milo, and bookings made in Milo are sent to Vagaro.
How does Milo handle overlapping appointments?
Online bookings never overlap. Your team can overlap on purpose: Milo asks first, then books it.
