Yes. Milo imports clients and their visit history from Vagaro and from spreadsheet exports, and matches duplicates instead of creating them twice.
Does Milo send appointment reminders?
Yes. Confirmation and reminder messages go out by email and text automatically, and clients get a link to reschedule or cancel.
Can I keep colour formulas and notes?
Yes. Add notes to a visit or the client, and upload photos and files to their record. They're there at every future visit.
Do clients fill in forms before their visit?
Yes. Attach forms to services and clients answer them when they book. Responses are saved on the client's record.
