What is appointment scheduling software?

Appointment scheduling software keeps a business's bookings, staff hours and availability in one calendar, and lets clients book open times online. Milo also sends confirmations and reminders, syncs with Google Calendar and handles checkout.

Can Milo sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Milo can add bookings to a Google calendar you choose, and busy times in the calendars you pick block those times in Milo. You can connect more than one Google account for each team member.

Can I book recurring appointments?

Yes. Book a visit to repeat every week, every 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or every 1 to 3 months, for a set number of visits or until a date. Milo shows the dates first and skips any that clash.

Can clients reschedule their own appointments?

Yes. Every confirmation includes a private link to move or cancel the visit, within the notice period you set. The change updates your calendar and the client gets a new confirmation.

How much does Milo cost?
