Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Milo, the booking workspace operated by Yonatan Ibragimov, o/a Cwoted.

Last updated September 16, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Milo, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Milo is a scheduling and client-management workspace for appointment businesses. It includes a calendar, client records, a public booking page, staff and location management, forms, reporting, and messaging. Features change over time as the product develops.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done through your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls billing. Owners may invite team members and set their roles; you are responsible for the access you grant.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Milo is offered on monthly plans: Basic at $15.99 per month and Pro at $20.99 per month, in Canadian dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Milo subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate partial months.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the ability to take new bookings until payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

5. Your data and your clients’ data

You own the content you put into Milo, including your client records, appointments, and business settings. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Records about your own clients are yours to control. You are responsible for collecting them lawfully, for having a proper basis to contact those people, and for honouring any request they make to you about their information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Milo to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
  • send unsolicited marketing, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, or try to reach data belonging to another workspace;
  • resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Milo available and dependable, but we do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. Maintenance, third-party outages, and faults can interrupt the service. Support is offered by email at info@milo.cwoted.com.

8. Third-party services

Milo relies on other providers to work, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and, where you enable them, Telnyx for text messages and Google Calendar for calendar synchronisation. Their own terms apply to their part of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Milo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payments remain unpaid. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice first and a chance to put things right.

After an account closes, you may request an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted from active systems.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Milo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for keeping your own records of bookings and client information that your business needs to operate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Milo after that point means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of that jurisdiction will hear any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
